Core Competencies

 

My strengths were the 6 lap conditioning skate. I got 1.56 which was the best is in the academy. I have worked on my conditioning this summer. Another strength I have is my slap shot. I have worked on getting stronger this summer by lifting weights with my trainer.

My goals by the end of the academy are to get my wrist shot better and faster. I need to get me wrists and forearms stronger so I can get a harder and faster shot. My goal for the next fitness testing is to get almost of hard of my wrist shot as my slapshot.
