The expense that surprised me the most was how much rent costs per month. I didn’t get a lot of money for the Project, so I had to make sure I was smart with what I bought. I really wanted to get a PS5, but I couldn’t because I was on a tight budget. I also realized that buying stuff you need is way more important than buying stuff you want. The most important thing I learned in this assignment is how important money is. At my age right now, I don’t see money how my parents do so having the conversation at school in my class and at home really made me realize how important money really is. It is important for students to learn this in high school so when they actually have to start doing some of this stuff then they know a little bit more on what they’re doing.
