Personally, my favorite junk food would be a strawberry cheesecake blizzard from Dairy Queen. Since I work there I was able to try many flavors because access to them were so easy. Strawberries has always been my favorite fruit and for some reason it really mixes well with the cheesecake pieces and vanilla ice cream. The nutrition facts for a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard is 500 calories, 75g of sugar, 21g of fat, 340mg of sodium, 74g of carbohydrates and 14g of protein. As you can see, there is very minimal nutrients in this and the nutrients is does have leads straight to fat. This blizzard isn’t the healthiest and shouldn’t be your first snack choice as it is mainly sugars and fats, meaning it won’t give you long lasting energy like fruits and veggies and it doesn’t have any health benefits for your body. This is a nice treat to have every once in awhile, but can be a serious threat to your health and fitness if you eat this consistently.
