2) Core Competency (Personal Responsibility skill): A) Presever with challenging tasks. I Preseverd through calleng tasks by staying on task and asking my fellow partners for there opinions. B) Implement, Monitor, and adjust a plan & assess the results. I was able Implement my ideas as well as my partners ideas into the innovation, I monitored are progress to make sheer we weren’t falling behind, I shared my ideas and suggested adjustments that we could make to are Innovation, and I assessed the results that we made to ensure that were on the right track. C) Take ownership of my goals, learning & behaviour. I reached and completed my goals before they were due, was open and wiling to learn new things, and I was always on my best behaviour.
Evidence: We started out wanting to make a car but we were disagreeing on to many things and it was progressing slowly, so we decided do design a phone cases that changed your phone from your body heat. We were a bit behind but our group preserved, we all took ownership and were able to complete it on time.
3) Collaboration Reflection – Our innovation was a phone case that changed you phone from your body heat. (For more information) I would say that are group Exceeded expectations. I felt that are presentation was well put together and demonstrated are knowledge and understanding off are innovation. The one thing are presentation lacked was the visual aspect. We did have pictures and a series circuit but the circuit was simple and the pictures were average if you get what I mean. To spruce things up a bit we could have drawn and coloured are own pictures and made are circuit more exciting.
4) Experience Debrief – This was a fun as well as challenging endeavour. I liked the freedom of this project and helped me get to know some of my classes mates better. There’s nothing coming to me at the moment that I would want to differently besides making a PowerPoint sooner so we had more time to work on it and implementing are technology into more than just a phone case. I gained a lot from this project. From learning about new ways to make electricity, to getting to my class mates better, every day was an adventure.
