– Canada and BC’s population have been increasing.

– In Canada, the birth rates have been more constantly and the death rates have been slowly going up. In BC, the birth rates have been decreasing and the death rates have been increasing.
- Describe the trend in natural increase for B.C. and Canada.
– Both BC and Canada’s natural increase have been increasing
- If you were opening a baby-clothing store in B.C., what information from your chart/graph would be most useful to you? Explain why.
– If I were opening a baby-clothing store in BC, the number of births and the birth rates would be the most useful to me, because I could product the enough baby clothes based on the birth rates.
- What other types of businesses could use the information for B.C.? Explain how it can be useful to these businesses.
– Kindergarten, day care and elementary school. The birth rates can help these businesses, because they can know how many newborn in one year that use this data as a reference.
- If you were a politician in Canada or B.C., what policies or changes would you make based on this information? Explain how the information would lead you to make certain changes or policies
– In Canada and BC, the death rates are slowly increase now, so if I were a politician in Canada or BC, I would strict inspection drunken driver and improve medical service, in order to decrease the death rates.
The natural increase for both BC and Canada is actually decreasing. BC’s is decreasing faster than Canada.
