1. Looks like you put a lot of thought into this survey. The showering/bath questions might be a bit personal for people to answer but you can give it a try. It is easier to get people to answer surveys if you personally ask them but in this case, it might be better to have it loaded on your device and then get them to answer it. Make sure you tell people that this is just for school, is anonymous and will not be published.
