- Now that you have your project mapped out, it is time to build on our connections. We should begin by exploring the different ways that we have been impacted by various communities or people. Think about values, characteristics, or other qualities that you have gained through that person or being a part of that community. Next, we will begin to explore what places, events or people may have had a significant impact on that person or community. This will help us explore not only how we have been impacted but also how those around us have been impacted, thus developing connections between our past and present.
