Mind Map-A Private Experience

There are seven main literary elements needed to properly analyze a piece of literary artwork, my mind map displays all of them. The first of these seven are setting, my mind map not only displays the physical settings as best as I could find, but also the emotional settings of both characters through what I felt reading the story myself. The next literary element is the point of view (POV for short), my mind map explains not only point of view but also some of the powers the narrator uses to better explain the story, and background of the characters. The third of the seven elements are symbolism, in my mind map, I display the most important symbolism that I could find in the text and elaborated to the best of my ability’s. The next element is the theme, in my mind map I explain the theme and elaborate on it, I explained how you should never judge any one before getting to know them, and how in the end it saved the protagonist of the story. In the end. Next is criticism, I criticized this story using Biographical criticism, I explained the authors background and how the story related back to their life. Next was plot, in this section [embeddoc  explained all the parts of the story, including but not limited to the rising action, climax and conclusion. The last element is the characterisation of the characters I’ve characterised both main characters of the story analysing their mindsets and motivations. I’ve shown all these aspects in my mind map and more, there are many more aspects of a story, though I didn’t have time to do them all vie included irony as I thought it was one of the most important aspects of a story.
