For my community connection I got to interview Felipe Martins. He is a professional soccer player who plays for the Vancouver Whitecaps. I chose Felipe because he plays for the Vancouver Whitecaps, the team I wish to play on, and he plays the same position as me. From this interview, I learned that there are many challenges in becoming a professional soccer player. Such as, there will always be someone that tries to pull you down and make you beleive you aren’t good enough. You have to overcome that person and keep trying your best/hardest.
