My digital footprint, will affect my future opportunities if I posted something inappropriate on instagram, snapchat etc the employer will not hire me. Because the employer will not be pleased of what me posted he or she will think its un professional and won’t hire me for the job because of the one post.
If I were to apply to become a police or any other job they will try to search any wrong doing that will affect my carrer or they would do a background check. As a police that will damage the reputation that I will have and they will lose respect for me. Thats why you should always think before you post something on social media that will affect your opportunities that you may have in the future.
To make your digital footprint appropriate and safe you can always double check on what your posting and think about your future. Will this post help me in my future? Will it benefit me? Is it worth it? Is it necessary?Am i posting this at the right time?. You could also talk to an adults or friends and ask them if they think it’s a good idea to post it or not.
If the person you asked says that it isn’t needed then you should take there advice and delete the post or don’t even post it at all. If you were to post something don’t overshare your private information for everyone to see because it’s not needed and it can really effect your future.
It can take a second to lose a job, friendship and respect all because one post that you should’ve checked. So be smart with the choices you make because it will affect your future even when you think it won’t.
I would pass on to another student that if you have a bad feeling about what your going to post on twitter, instagram, snapchat or any other platform ask your parents or a friend because they might have a different perspective on what you think is a good idea to post on the internet. Some things you can’t delete from the internet because whatever you saved, drafted and copied will be saved no matter what and can be used against you.

When ordering these decimal numbers they were easy because they were all with negatives and some had numbers that just were repetitive. Since they were already in decimals I didn’t have to convert them I placed them from lowest to greatest.
