Alternatives:

  1. (Junior Chicken): Grilled Chicken: 109g calories, 5.7g of fat, 0g of carbohydrates,  0.8g saturated fat, 335mg sodium, 0.1g of sugar, 0g fibre. grilled chicken is healthier because it less fat and calories.
  2. (Large Fries): Baked potato: 93 calories, 0.1g total fat, 0g saturated fat , 10mg sodium, 21g total carbohydrates, 2.2g fibre, 1.2g sugars. Baked potato is healthier because it is homemade and it is a baked product.
