Racism is still around to this very day however it is not as extreme as the old days. In the present-day, there is still racism lingering about. Throughout the American history, the very foundation of racism could be separated into divisions based on action, or economic and political success of some individuals within the group of individuals. Racism focuses on coloured people, no one can deny that statement. A big portion of the human population not only America is discriminatory. Racism can be associated directly with stereotypical mindsets of certain groups of people. It is part of our human nature to make judgments or conclusions to the people around us, this, sadly, causes racism. Today’s racism is not defined by whites and blacks, it has developed to represent a diverse group of races around the world. Although America has made improvements since the 1930’s, the United States still, unfortunately, is a racist country. Marthur Luthor King is a very inspiring man. His dedication, devotion to loving a peaceful non-conflict protest was a noble response to the verifiable crimes performed against helpless black people in our community, and I believe that we should all follow in MLK’s footsteps to remove prejudice in our very world! While we may not be able to remove the entire thought of racism we could put a halt to it. May it last a day, two or maybe even a decade hopefully we will someday reach equality between our races.
