Is it possible for people to evolve to breathe with nitrogen?

I studied and found that it is possible to  evolve to breathe with other gases (not nitrogen).
Evolution took a very long time, but it was not impossible.
Then, isn’t it possible to evolve to breathe nitrogen?
Nitrogen is a very important gas, but it has a fatal disadvantage.
Breathing nitrogen causes oxygen concentration in the body to drop, and if oxygen concentration drops below 6%, the chance of suffocation increases,Oklahoma State of the United States used this gas for execution.

The facts that i could know!
