Foods Reflection on Cinnamon Buns

I chose to reflect on the Cinnamon Buns Lab because I highly enjoyed creating these tasty goods, and working together efficiently as a new group worked very well in our favor, resulting in delicious Cinnamon Buns. Making this lab was very fun because we were always on top of everything and our dough came out perfectly after day one, which foreshadowed a great outcome. At first I believed our Cinnamon Buns would come out big and circular, like a picture-perfect bun, but it had come out a bit squished and not as big as I had expected; the taste however was very good and made up of the small flaws made on the appearance. Our group surprisingly worked very well together on this lab. The reason why I thought this was surprising, was because we all had never talked to each other before hand and I had expected very little communication to be made, but we were all on top of our jobs and the recipe turned out very well made. I don’t believe our group made any mistakes, we all looked out for dangers and immediately swept/ wiped up messes if we saw any. If I were to do this lab again, I would probably try to improve the appearance of the outcome, the Cinnamon Buns looked appealing but could have had a better representation. All in all, I very much enjoyed participating in this lab with my group working efficiently while paying attention to the details of the recipe.
