May 13 – Wellness Wednesday and Today’s Workout

Keeping it with the same gal for this one.  Full body rather than a HIIT workout so I think you’ll be able to see the differences.  I really like some of the combination movements and adaptations to exercises you’re already familiar with.  Get after it!
