The volunteer opportunity that i’m researching in is a snowboarding instructor at mt Seymour. This volunteer Opportunity could benefit my future because if I volunteer there I will probably be able to get more employment opportunities because I’ve already had some experience so It might be easier to f ind a job. I also want to compete in professional snowboarding one day so this volunteer opportunity could give me some practice for that.
The employment opportunity that I found is also a Snowboarding instructor at mt Seymour. To get this job I would have to complete CASI Level 1, 2, and 3 which are all just online surveys to make sure I am eligible to be a snowboard instructor. I think I know enough about snowboarding to become a snowboarding instructor. It also says I have to be a good communicator and I think I am pretty good at communicating.
