science goal.

My goal was to take cold showers and make them shorter as well. I usually take really long, steaming hot showers but I know it isn’t good for anyone or anything.

I did succeed with this goal because I tried cutting my showers down a lot and now my average is 6 minutes and it was all with cold water.

The most challenging part of my goal, was the first step into the shower. It was freezing cold and I absolutely hated it. After doing this several times, it got easier and easier.

I don’t think I would change anything other than perhaps shortening my shower time even more because I shower daily and I use a lot of water monthly with that habit.

I am going to continue this because it wakes me up in the mornings and I feel like it makes my skin softer and my hair shinier. I recommend everyone to try taking short and cold showers.

digital footprint

how might your digital footprint affect your future opportunities?

  • it can affect anybody’s digital footprint in the case of trying to get a job in the future and if they search your name up on the internet and find something bad from your past (maybe in high school ect..) if you were a scandalous and dare devil like teenager and posted about it online then they won’t hire you if you did something illegal or something else of the type.

Image result for i saw your online pics and so did everyone else

  • it can affect future relationships as in if you were an actress for example; (like Meghan Markle, duchess of Sussex). She had a big role in a TV series “Suits” where she did scandalous things on video with another actor. Obviously she is a full grown woman but considering her second husband (Prince Harry) is the son of the Queen, much to her chagrin.

I’m very involved in soccer in my personal life when I’m outside of school so I was thinking becoming a soccer referee for younger kids would be a fun employment as well as a decent pay check for my age. It could benefit my future because I would have more money so I wouldn’t have to ask my parents for money anymore and I could pay for everything myself. For this employment I would have to have a good understanding on the sport, take a quiz to test my intelligence on the sport, be able to control rambunctious children and teach them how to play the sport. I have played soccer pretty much my whole life. When I was young I chose soccer over every other sport and dance I tried, so I know this sport inside and out. I am also really good with kids so I do think that would help a lot being a ref for U8-U12. I would have to contact a soccer club around my area, take a test with them, pass it with at least 70% then I can be on my way to getting money for an employment I love.

  • Why are you passionate about getting involved in this field?

I was researching about volunteering for the city as a birthday party hostess. This would benefit my future by learning how to properly host a birthday party for my kids in the future because I grew up having no parties. It would also help me with kids and how to keep them under control especially on sugar rushes. I’m passionate in getting involved in this field because I really like kids. They’re always happy about everything and have a positive attitude. I like being around young kids and I think it would be something fun to do on a Friday afternoon/evening.
