Tip #1: Do not run or shout in the lab. You may accidentally bump into someone and cause a disaster. And if you shout, the other people wouldn’t be able to listen to important information.
Tip #2: Wear closed-toed shoes, tie up long hair, and don’t wear loose clothing. Wearing open-toed shoes can be dangerous if something like a knife falls, so thats why it’s safer to wear closed ones. If you have long hair or loose clothing, it may fall into the food or catch on fire, so thats why its safer to tie up your hair or wear fitted clothing.
Tip #3: Wash your hands with soap frequently. Because of covid-19 it is important to wash your hands a lot, because there is food and people around so you want to make sure your hands are clean. With soap too so the soap can kill any bacteria you may have and slow the spread of the virus.
Tip #4: Be careful when using knifes. Don’t put them in the sink with soapy water, because it may accidentally cut someone. Also when holding knifes, make sure the pointed side is down so it doesn’t cut someone.
Tip #5: If you break or spill something, make sure to clean it up properly. If you spill water, wipe it up with paper towels, or else someone may slip. If you break glass, make sure to dispose of it right or else it might cut someone.
