Whats On My Plate Reflection

Three ways I can shift my personal goals to better myself:

  1. I want to get more sleep on nights where I have school.
  2. I would like to spend more time doing things to improve my physical health. (Ie. Eating more, eating better, getting more exercise)
  3. Put more time into finding a part-time job.
