What did you know about the Core Competencies before this activity?

I’ve done the Core Competencies before throughout the school year, I knew a little bit about each section before doing this activity. I knew about the critical, communications and creative thinking categories but today I learned more about how I can use them to discover more about people.

How can your knowledge of the Core Competencies help your school life? Personal life?

It can help me with my work and help me self-reflect to improve on both my school and personal life to be more reflective on the work I’m doing and my personal life with culture, identity and expressing myself in hobbies like sports.
