(This project is based on my experience in a written paragraph I eventually turned into a SWAY presentation)

 

Beach

I have been to many beautiful sights and witness plenty of extraordinary scenes but my favorite one is the beach that stretch along the ocean coast. I was spending my summer vacation in Thailand, and one day my family and I went to a beautiful beach by the sea shore at noon. When I get to the beach, the first thing I see is the deep blue color of the borderless ocean, it is so delightful and satisfied, remind me of the delicate blue crystal. And then I see crowed people on the beach, some people are laying on the sand to get sun burned, kids are building the sand castle on the wet sand, and some of the castle are very marvelous and outstanding, some other castle are small and simple but still a result of a hardworking kid. Many people are playing on the beach, some people are jogging and give a high five to everyone who pass them, they seem like full of happiness. And there are a few people are playing beach volleyball by the net, there is no intention or nervousness between the two teams, they are playing beach volleyball just for fun. I can feel the warm sea wind breeze toward my face just like a person gently use his hand to touch my face. I can smell the saltiness of the sea water though the air, that is the smell that only ocean can provide. Then I can hear the cheering from the beach volleyball court that celebrate a new point, the laughing from the kids who are playing around the beach, and some people even sing loudly and funny with their friends.

My family start to walking on the beach and my feet step into the hot sand and the hotness of the sand is very hot that I can barely stand but the smooth feel of the sand makes me very comfortable and do not want to leave. Then there are more scenes that catch my attention, there are many people set the barbeque station along the beach, many of them seems like a big family that spend plenty of time on the beach and have prepared everything for the barbeque, the people who participate in the barbeque are very easy and cheerful, and talk a lot, it seems like a very good barbeque for them. Then my dad and I change our cloth and start swimming, the tide is not too high at that time so it is good for swimming. When I put my head into the sea water, I can immediately taste the saltiness of the ocean and that kind of taste is much stronger than you smell it, even the tide is good but I still must put lots of efforts to swim against the tide, Then I swim to the shallow part of the ocean, there are many children playing cheerfully or swimming and accompany with there parents. And at the time I swim to the deeper area there are only a few people are there and when I turn my head around and watch the beach, I could only see many tiny dotes and that is the people who are on the beach. When I swim back to the beach it is a lot easier. After I get on the ground and change myself, my family and I leave this wonderful place.

This beautiful beach gives me a very good memory and now it is my favorite scene.
