Two Week Goal Reflection

My goal was to get at least eight hours of sleep and wake up at 4-4:30 everyday to go to basketball practice, I achieved my goal but if I am being honest I forgot about my goal but I still achieved it, I achieved it by going to bed at 7:30 and falling asleep by 8. The most challenging part about achieving my goal was falling asleep and waking up, it’s funny because when I went to bed i couldn’t fall asleep easily but when I had to wake up I wanted nothing but more sleep. I don’t think I would do anything different next time I think what I did to achieve my goal was the right way to do it. I would love to keep going on with my goal and get better at basketball but sadly after all my hard work I did not make the basketball, I will make a new goal, maybe I will go to an open gym two times a week and work on basketball.
