- This is a picture of Joseph’s cheek sample
What organelles/structure can you see?
- It was very hard to see any type of organelles in the sample but I’m guessing that I saw lysosomes and a mitochondrion
What procedure did you use to isolate your cells?
- I used blue dye to colour the organelles and used water and toilet paper to remove the blue dye so that all that’s left are the coloured organelles
What is a question you have about your cells?
- Are there any differences between Joseph’s cheek cell and the animal cell? If so, what are those differences?
