March/April Lab Refelction- Chocolate pudding (fondue)

  1.  I chose to reflect on this lab because I feel that my group had some difficulties. It was a simple recipe but I feel that our group found it difficult.

2. I enjoyed the lab but I feel that I would have enjoyed it more if we had executed the final product. I found it didn’t taste the best. I think if we used different fruit it would have tasted better as a combo.

3. As I said above our final product didn’t turn out the best. I found it somewhat waxy and just wasn’t like a pudding. I think it ended up like that because we scorched the milk which left a wierd film on our pudding.

4. I think our group worked well together other than the casual mess ups and getting mad at each other. I feel we all did our equal jobs but the end result just wasn’t the best.

5. If I were to do this lab again I think I would make the recipe smaller so there wasn’t so much left over. I think I would also change the type of fruit. I’m not really sure what fruit I would choose but I found the chocolate apples tasted like feet. On the other hand I think that was because we messed up on the fondue. Other than that I think the lab was pretty good.
