February Lab Reflection~Breakfast Cookies

1) I chose to reflect on this lab becuase it was one of my favourites because it was fun to make but it also tasted very very good. Our group had some difficulties with this lab but it was still by far my favourite.

2) I enjoyed the lab becuase it was challenging but also at the same time it was also quite simple. I could also use this recipe lots for outside of school becuase it’s healthy and we would be great before sports.

3) I really enjoyed our product a lot. I found it tastes really good. I think it was a little but under cooked though becuase it was quite soft and didn’t really have the crunch like other groups. We had just the right amount of sweet and salty mixtures and it wasn’t over powering in one area (evenly spread ingredients)

4) Overall I think our group works really well together and we can all play to each others strengths. We are all pretty easy going as well so we don’t really have issues when it comes to who gets to do what and stuff.

5) If I were to do this lab again I would probably cook it for an extra minuet or two becuase when we made ours it was a little under cooked as I mentioned before. I wonder if it would taste different or maybe be better. If I let it cook more I would know how I like my breakfast cookies to be cooked.
