End of semester self-progress – Women’s Fitness 11 & 12

My best “strengths” have been: 

  1. Working up on my bench and getting it higher is big for me.
  2. Building up the strength in my upper body.
  3. being able to run more

The best sentence to describe my overall effort throughout the course would be: 

I worked my hardest when I was weight training, running, and doing the fitness circuits and I tried my best during all of them and put all my efforts in on them.

I can verify this because I have consistently done in this… 

Like I said above I have done this when we have weight trained because I pushed myself to train the highest weight with lots of volume in it, as well as when we ran I would run till I needed a break or till we were done, also when we did hit workouts or fitness circuits I would always make sure I did my best in those, and do the exercise till I could not further.

A goal or a” takeaway” that I have from this course is: 

a goal I had was to build my upper strength and to be able to lift more, as for a bit of time I could not train parts of my upper body so building the strength and also being able to train it is a good goal I took away from the class.

Even though I have completed the course I can continue to work on the following 2 health benefits 1. making sure I keep running for myself and my heart health. and 2. Keep lifting weights, so I can maintain body strength and grow.  

 

To achieve the above I will do the following: 

I will continue going to the gym like I do every day after school, and after my workouts, I will do sprints and run outside or inside depending on the weather outside.
