1. Healthy Livin
a. This year, I am playing basketball daily at least half an hour a day, and soccer 8 hours a week and I’m able to meet DPA requirements
b. Next year, I will be playing soccer and basketball and will be able to meet DPA requirements.
c. Other than physical activity, I will also need a concrete plan for healthy eating and stress management in order to lead a healthy life after graduation.
2. Course Credits
a. I need 80 credits to graduate. A typical course is worth 4credits.
i. 48 of them must be from required courses.
ii. 28 of them must be from electives.
iii.16 of them must be from Grade 12 courses.
b. At the end of this year, I will have 32 credits.
3. Community Connections
a. I need 30 hours of work/volunteer experience. To show I completed this, I must show proof in the form of Pay stub or reference letter.
b. I can start accumulating these hours in Grade 10-12.
c. My plan to earn work/volunteer hours is throug berry picking for summer job or helping my neighbor or working and library.
d. I will also need to complete a reflection that includes skills devolopt and how I benefited. It will be 200 typed words minimum.
4. Career and Life
a. In addition to updating my resume, I will also create and pst secondary plans to show that I have a plan in place after graduation.
b. When I graduate, my current plan is to work and travel for a year then I will go to a school in Hawaii or Australia.
5. Interview
a. To prepare for the interview, I can look at the questions ahead of time. They are found on the website.
b. My interview will be with a important person.

In Grade 12, I will find all the necessary documents AND submit them to the website,
I will complete Grad Transitions 12 whenever I have grad transition class if I have it in 1st semester, I must complete everything except the interview before winter ball. In 2nd semester, everything except the interview must be completed before ____graduation.
