Big Mac
The Big Mac is one of my favorites fast food burgers because it is very different from others. It has a third bun and has it’s own special sauce. I’d say its a good size, not too big and not too small. It goes really well with a side of fries and a drink. It tastes good and is enjoyable because of the components that are not in the other burgers like the sauce.
Reasons why its not the healthiest
- Fat – It’s almost 50% of your daily value, 43 % to be exact (28g / 65g). This is bad because it is only 1 meal of the day, if you consume this amount of fat in your other meals you will be going over the daily value which can effect your health.
- Sodium – Similar to the fat content, the amount of sodium is 40% of your daily value in this one burger (950mg / 2400mg). Also this burger is over 1/4 of the amount of calories you should be eating per day (520 / 2000)
