1. Yes, because it was interesting to work with the wraps (rice paper) and also working with noodles again just like we did in the ramen lab. Also working with my hand when making the rolls was something I haven’t really done before which was fun to learn and try. Plus we worked well as a group like we always have with good communication and and helping each other.
2. Something that would make this meal more healthy would probably be to add some more protein to it because there isn’t much in the roll, also adding other vegetables wouldn’t be a bad idea either. If you enjoy eating the salad roll with the sauce maybe you can try to make a healthier version or something like that.
3. Well, we all know that deep frying is used with oil and that oil is fat. When we deep fry we are all eating a lot of that fat from the oil. Also there is saturated and trans fats which increase cholesterol. Not only do you add fast from deep frying your food, it also steals the nutrients from the food.
