Food 11 Lab Reflection

This is a spanakopita. I choose this food because I do something about this food, I am not just dishwashing, I cut the shallot and hit the egg and dishwashing. I enjoy this lab, because I think I really to do a job and learn how to do it, and get many informations, for example , I know everything what is in English .Yes ,I did. I help my product to wash shallot , and hit the egg. My group do a job together  well, We have a question is we forget the next step, everyone to look a menu,not just one, everyone is work hard together. If I can do this lab again, I want to change the food’s face, because I think we can make the food looks like very well ,so we want to it.
