In the image we can see a full covered stop sign with water flood. As previously shown  countries with the lowest temperature seem to be affceted by precipation. This is caused by the rise of temperature on globe, creating more water vapor leading to more precipiations and as a consequence over flood, lost of properties and lives.

Jason Samenow reported “Massive rainfall in Canada on Sunday and Monday, combined with very heavy rainfall and snow melt over North Dakota over the past month, are responsible for the record flood…”.
