Oxalic Acid

-What is it?

It’s a highly concentration¬†dangerous chemical substance used in manufactures such as some brands of bleach,¬†anti-rust product, metal cleaners and used¬†in chemical analysis. It’s found in spinach and some other plants including¬†raw¬†rhubarb (for rhubarb, the leaves have high levels of oxalic acid, so we¬†don’t eat them, they’re poisonous)
