Staying Safe at Work
I have watched many videos for work safe, and Mathew’s deep fryer oil burn accident was the most impactive to me. it was because the part-time job I am looking for now is related to cooking. After watching the five different work safe presentations, I have learned that I should refuse when the work I get is too dangerous. Also, the employer should teach me a right work safe of the job. For my work safe at workplace, I will learn basic ways to do work safe for all jobs. However, when I interview for job, I will ask how to stay safe at the workplace where I am going to work, and what the company will do when I get accident in detail to the interviewer. As I work, If I do not know how to do exactly, I will not mind asking to other workers. However, there are the things I can do for other’s safe at workplace. When accident is happened to others, I will call 911 right away. Also, I will master First Aid before I have a job.
Eunsoo’s Goals
Personal goal
Before I graduate, I will make my body muscle rate as 25 percent. I will go to the gym every Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I have many friends who work out, so I will ask them to help me when I need any help. When I feel lazy to go to the gym, I will go to the gym with my friends.
Academic goal
In the final marking period of nest semester, I will get at least B for every classes. I will have review time at least 1 hour without homework time. Also, I will not mindasking my parents, my friends, teachers, and homestay parents to help me studying. When I feel tired to study, I will make a money calendar that I give pocket money to myself when I finish studying. Also, I will make a note for famous saying about patient

Personal goal
My personal goal is achieving my muscular endurance from grade 11 to when I graduate the secondary school. For this goal, I will take fitness courses for grade 11 and 12. Also, I will run around the park every Wednesdays and Saturdays in the afternoon. I will make a note for marking my daily current situation such as the distance I run, the names of exercising I do, and the times I take. I will ask some help to achieve this goal too. I have my personal trainer in Korea, so I can ask him about what I wonder whenever I want. My parents will give me help too. I will go to the gym from this summer break, and they will give me a financial aid about the payment. If I achieve this goal, I will be able to do much more things than now such as exercising, studying, and et cetera. Most dreams I have all need physical strength such as traveling around the world, studying for my future job, and enjoying my hobby like tennis or badminton. Also, I believe that health is the one of the most important conditions for happy life. not only for these advantages, I can achieve my mental strength as I achieve this goal at the same time. However, there is a potential obstacle. as I achieve this goal, I may be able to give up because I especially don’t like physical pain. For this obstacle, I have a solution. I will make a note for the famous sayings about the importance of patience and physical health. Also, I will make daily requests to achieve the goal enjoyably.

Specific:What exactly will you accomplish?
- I want to achieve my muscular endurance.
Measurable: How will you know when you have reached this goal?
- I will mark on a calendar how long distance I run and how many times it takes.
Attainable: Is achieving this goal realistic with effort and commitment? Have you got the resources to achieve this goal? If not, how will you get them?
- I ask help to my parents, and I will go to the gym, and I also will take the fitness course in next semester.
Relevant: Why is this goal significant to your life?
- If I achieve my muscular endurance, I will be able to do more things than now.
Timely: When will you achieve this goal?
- I will start to achieve this goal from when the first semester of grade 11 to when the graduation.
This goal is important because:
The most dreams I have need physical strength such as traveling around the world, studying for my future job, and enjoying exercising. Also, I believe that health is the one of the most important conditions for happy life, and the probability to get disease will decrease.
The benefits of achieving this goal will be:
If I achieve this goal, I also would achieve my mental strength as I achieve this goal at the same time. Then, my study time would be longer than now, and the time to achieve my dreams will be less.

Academic goal
For my academic goal, I want to get at least B+ mark for every course from this semester to when I graduate Riverside. Getting at least B+ mark is really important because the minimum average of the faculty I want to take in the future is B+ for every course. To know how much I am doing well, I will check MyEducation website. Also, I will check the blogs of the teachers every day for homework and tests. I think this goal is not that hard to me although I have gotten even C- mark before. It is because the reason I have gotten C- was because I did not do any homework and study for the tests. If I have willing, I will be able to get B+ for every course. I will ask my parents and the teachers for some help. When I have a question, I will ask the teachers, and when I need tutoring for some subjects, I will ask my parents to help me for the payment and looking for good tutoring. As I achieve this goal, I will be able to achieve the confidence about my ability and the responsibility too. However, there is a potential obstacle. Of course, I would be more stressed out than before when I did not care about my mark. For this obstacle, I will do more leisure activities such as reading book, listening to music, and exercising to relieve stress.
