In my data visualization project, I chose to take the data set of the emissions that 1 kilogram of each food created. As an environmentalist, and I understand how enormous of a challenge climate change seems. It is huge and it seems like most of your impacts like reusing a bag, or not driving for 1 trip seems, but your food choices can actually have an enormous impact. I chose to use the graph in segments to compare the different meats because I find it very impactful, while still remaining significant. I used the steak vs. carrot example below so that it can actually be visualized and understood. The colours and somewhat unorganized nature of the carrots make it less simplistic and clean, but I feel as though it is an important component.
