Two Way Wear Skirt June 2022, Banners Emmaleigh Ho The Two Way Wear Skirt is a skirt made from the banners collected. I pinned and cut them to the pattern and sewed it all together using the serger and sewing machine. The skirt has both a drawstring that can be either used to gather the bottom to make it tighter or as an adjustable waistband. The zipper is used to close the skirt for the first option; however, it can be a slit in the second. Progress on the Two Way Wear Skirt

Comfort Of One's Inner Child 11/04/2022, Bags (from the Thrift Pop-up) Emmaleigh Ho Comfort Of One's Inner Child is a beanie made from the bags given through the Thrift Pop-up shop. I cut the (four) bags, lined them up, pinned them together and sewed them together. Then, once they were a rectangle of fabric I was able to trace it out to the pattern. Next, I pinned and cut up the fabric and sewed it all up together. The name, Comfort Of One's Inner Child, is a representation of how even though you will get older your inner child will always exist inside of oneself. Finding ways to relight and making it content is important. The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show was one of the highlights of my childhood, so bringing it into an article of clothing is very special to me. Progress on Inquiry 1 Progress on Inquiry 2
