Pasta (Fettuccine and Amatriciana/Marinara)
I chose this lab to do my reflection on because I found that it was a super interesting lab that we did, and it was something I have never done before that I enjoyed. I enjoyed the lab because I have never made and cut my own pasta before so I thought that was a really good skill that we learned and it was also really fun to do. My groups pasta turned out the way we wanted it to because we made sure to follow the recipe perfectly and cook everything for the right amount of time. My group worked really well together, we all made sure we all had a job to do and we made sure we followed the recipe as a group. We didn’t face any big problems during the lab. If we were to do this lab again, I would try to be more creative and maybe add different ingredients or cut different pasta.
