I read an article about how to eat healthy and the dos and don’ts. I was quite intrigued just because I really have never read anything like this before, I never found a point in doing so. When I did I learned one main thing; instead of saying I can’t have that, change it to I don’t want that. I like the format of this article, it has a bunch of different sections about different subtopics. The author wrote this in a way that was easy to follow and understand. This article discusses why it’s hard to say no to temptation and how to get into a routine of eating better. It tells you about why you might be eating more than you should and it mainly has to do with the colour and sizing of your plate which is unexpected.
