Community Connections

Recently I have been curious about Twitch streaming, and have decided to interview an experienced Twitch streamer, Dannyfnlanza, for my ADL 10 project

Question #1: Why are you passionate about Twitch Streaming?

Answer: I've always loved creating content and interacting with people. Stream for me is a way to connect with others while doing something I love!

Question #2: What obstacles have you faced to get where you are today?

Answer: I suffer from depression and PTSD so sometimes finding the will to put myself together and get on camera can be heard but I do it because I know I'll feel worse if I don't.

Question #3: What advice would you pass on to someone interested in what you are doing?

Answer: Be consistent, be patient. Use social media tools to connect with you viewers and non-viewers. Most of all know what you want to get out of streaming. Do you want it to be your job or just a hobby?

Question #4: Would you be open to further contact from Riverside students?

Answer: Sure why not. ( )

Question #5: What would be the most important thing about how you set up your stream?

Answer: Social media pushes, a clean connection, and making sure my audio level are correct before I hit the live button.

Question #6: What kind of things will help people grow in the Twitch community?

Answer: Making friends with other streamers I think has helped me grow a lot not only because we share viewers and support each other but because I learn a lot from watching them and seeing how they handle situations

Thanks to Dannyfnlanza for answering these questions and hopefully this can be helpful towards new twitch streamers
