Community Connections

Recently I have been curious about Twitch streaming, and have decided to interview an experienced Twitch streamer, Dannyfnlanza, for my ADL 10 project

Question #1: Why are you passionate about Twitch Streaming?

Answer: I've always loved creating content and interacting with people. Stream for me is a way to connect with others while doing something I love!

Question #2: What obstacles have you faced to get where you are today?

Answer: I suffer from depression and PTSD so sometimes finding the will to put myself together and get on camera can be heard but I do it because I know I'll feel worse if I don't.

Question #3: What advice would you pass on to someone interested in what you are doing?

Answer: Be consistent, be patient. Use social media tools to connect with you viewers and non-viewers. Most of all know what you want to get out of streaming. Do you want it to be your job or just a hobby?

Question #4: Would you be open to further contact from Riverside students?

Answer: Sure why not. ( )

Question #5: What would be the most important thing about how you set up your stream?

Answer: Social media pushes, a clean connection, and making sure my audio level are correct before I hit the live button.

Question #6: What kind of things will help people grow in the Twitch community?

Answer: Making friends with other streamers I think has helped me grow a lot not only because we share viewers and support each other but because I learn a lot from watching them and seeing how they handle situations

Thanks to Dannyfnlanza for answering these questions and hopefully this can be helpful towards new twitch streamers

“The Sea Devil” The News Paper

    Man Escapes The Devil

      By Dylan Syrnyk

              Florida USA

Last night a man from Florida escaped the dangerous sea devil while he was fishing for mullets.

When a man from Florida was fishing, he accidentally caught the sea devil thinking it was 2 mullets. He was fishing alone and during the night, and was very unlucky.

During our interview with him he told us that he was dragged in by the beast and was pulled through the water until he was able to escape.

He is currently in the hospital with some major injuries to his limbs. He is expected to have a full recovery but with major scarring.
