How can I Manage my Stress in a way that Could Benefit My Daily Health?
When I am stressed I usually try to become relaxed and try to have some time to try and calm myself. Also I sometimes just try and get whatever I am stressed about finished so I don’t need to worry about it as much. And also personally sleep usually reduces stress. I am usually stressed when I don’t get enough sleep by staying up too late worrying about what I am stressed about.
How can I Improve my Communication skills to Improve my Daily life?
I always thought that having good communication skills is very good for life in general. For many reasons. Such as listening to people with your body language or communicating to other people. Like I said it could be through body language and speech. Ways I improve my communication skills is by probably thinking of what i say or do before i do it.
