Literary Studies 11 – Choi – Fahrenheit 451 Bento Box Project

We were assigned to analyze and break down the universality of Ray Bradbury‘s famous novel known as “Fahrenheit 451”, and through the utilization of the Bento Box as well as ThingLink I was able to demonstrate my understandings of not only the universality but also about how Bradbury’s novel is still very relevant to our current day society. We were to create a total of 5 “Info Dots” to demonstrate our knowledge, and by choosing sources such as Childish Gambino‘s impactful video “This Is America”, as well as Douglas Todd’s article “Surviving Toxic Technology”, I was able to demonstrate my understanding of Bradbury‘s universality towards society. I have included five objects that I feel as though are accurately depicting either the thematic, symbolic, or in general message of each info dot. I have also included a core competency analyzing my input towards the project underneath the image.
