- Will this app help me in science?
Yes, the app gives specific information about each element which will help me when I am in need of a period table during class.
- How does the app work?
When you first open up the windows app, a periodic table will appear. There is 11 different category’s that are divided into colors and the key to the colors is at the top of the table where it shows that yellow means alkali, brown means alkaline, light blue means metalloid and it continues. You can also click on which element you want and it will bring you to a different page which will show you all the information about the element.
- How easy is the app to understand?
The app is pretty easy to understand. There is really nothing complicated about the app. The period table is designed fairly simple all you need to do to find out further information about each element is to click on the symbol and then it will show you all the information about the element. If you move to the app to about ¼ of the screen it will take all the elements and put them in alphabetical order.
- Does the app give you any additional information then what the original chart already gives you?
The app gives you much more information than the plain periodic table gives you. It gives you the density, melting point, boiling point, heat of fusion, heat of vaporization, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, oxidation states, covalent radius, electronegativity, atomic radius, atomic volume, crystal structure, ionization potential and it shows you pictures of each element.
- Does this app require any internet connections to be able to function properly?
no this app does not need any internet connections to function properly.
- Would this app be helpful to me during class?
Yes this app would be helpful during class for example if I forgot my periodic table, I could just go on this app and I have all the info that I need.
Review of the app:
The periodic Table app for windows is a digital periodic table that can be used to give information about each element. This windows app can give you the general information about each element once you click on it. For example it gives you the atomic weight, the color, if it’s radioactive, the series, the atomic number and the electron configuration. It also shows you the physical info ex. State, density, melting point, boiling point, heat of fusion etc. also the atomic info for example oxidation states, covalent radius, electronegativity and atomic radius.

Very good post. I liked How you were very clear on answering the questions. And you asked very good questions about the app. Good job, I might even get this app for myself.
