I think genders identity depends on different people. But not everyone gains respect. For example in China. We don’t have any laws about transgender or gay. Majority of people reject transgender people. They disrespect them in everything. They look down upon them. Societal expectations are people’s gender identity that is straight. We don’t really aspect people who are transgender.
