For identity, think about what we’re known for. For example, we discussed how Canada is multicultural and with the influx of Loyalists, Canada’s early history had to deal with very diverse cultures. With America, the Revolutionary War is indicative of how they like to solve their problems. That hatred of Britain imposing laws on the 13 Colonies is still seen today with Americans wanting very little government intervention.
