How to Translate Microsoft Word Documents
Step 1: Open the Microsoft word document you would like to translate
Step 2: Select Review
Step 3: Select Translate
Step 4: Select Translate Document
Step 5: Select Send
Step 6: Select one of the different viewing options. You can choose from viewing the whole text in a different language, or a hover feature, where only the words you hover above are translated.
Step 7: Copy and paste the translated document into a black Microsoft page for use.
How to Translate Google Docs
Step 1: Open the document you would like translated
Step 2: Select Tools
Step 3: Select Translate
Step 4: Give the document a title
Step 5: Choose the language that you would like the document translated
Step 6: Select Translate
How to add Translator Add-on to Google Docs
Step 1: Select Add-ons at the top of the page
Step 2: Select get Add-ons
Step 3: Select Translate or use the search bar and search for Translate
Step 4: Select Free
Step 5: Select Accept
Step 6: Select Add-ons
Step 7: Select Translate
Step 8: Select Start
Step 9: View the translations as you read on the right hand side
How to Translate a PDF Using Google Docs
Step 1: Open your Google Drive and sign in
Step 2: Select New, then File Upload, then select the PDF you wish to upload
Step 3: Open your Recent Folder
Step 4: Locate the PDF you want to translate, right click
Step 5: Select Open With
Step 6: Select Google Docs
Step 7: Select Tools
Step 8: Select Translate
Step 9: Give the document a title
Step 10: Choose the langage that you would like the document translated
