There is no research that suggest that caffeine stunts your growth. Both articles say that, although there are side effects, stunted growth is not one of them. It is not clear exactly where this myth came from, but it might be caused by the misconception that caffeine can cause osteoporosis. This myth could also be due to the fact that osteoporosis, has in the past, been linked to stunted growth. There is no research suggesting that osteoporosis can stunt growth. Although there may be some link between caffeine eliminating calcium, which can cause osteoporosis, the connection was very small and never confirmed.  Both articles bust the myth that caffeine causes stunted
