February Lab Reflection

Sunflower Crepes

I choose to reflect on this lab because it was complex and had lots of different components. I didn’t enjoy this lab that much. Although it was a fun lab to make I’m not a big fan of eggs, so this isn’t something I would make for myself at home. Our recipe turned out quite well, I think we were all really happy with the way it turned out. I think using the leveler to hold open the edges of the crepe really helped to fit in as much of the ingredients as possible. Something that could have gone better was that we made a double recipe, but there were only three of us, so it was hard to get all the filling into the crepes. I think the three of us worked really well together, because we communicated a lot and shared all task and responsibilities equally. I think if I did this lab again I would use less filling because all of ours were really full.
