4 slices whole wheat OR white bread
2 slices Colby-Jack cheese
4 slices fully-cooked bacon

Lunch: Basic egg salad

6 hard-cooked eggs peeled and coarsely chopped2-3 tbsp
(30 mL)light or regular mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 mL)chopped green onion
(optional)2 tsp (10 mL)Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL)salt

1 stick unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces

1 lb lean ground beef
