In “Final Blow” our hero, Jared, is a weak guy who is constantly picked on by Ivan who was the best dodgeball player in the school. Jared thought that if he could beat Ivan it would embarrass him so much that Ivan would have stop picking on him. Jared then challenged Ivan to a match in dodgeball to which Ivan accepted sarcastically. Ivan then beats Jared easily and then Jared becomes enraged about it and wants to train to beat Ivan, Along the way Jared trains vigorously under the mentoring of Jack who was the previous dodgeball champion in the school before he was dethroned by Ivan and received an injury. Join Jared on his journey to beat Ivan in dodgeball.
Reflection:
Doing this project was pleasant because we were all willing to work together and meet up to film certain parts. Even though I didn’t have experience working with a real camera they tought me how to shoot shots and they ended up very professional looking. And Im proud of the way it turned out. We used all of our class time efficiently getting ideas and the script done, we recorded most of it out of class and we worked hard and effectively to get it done. Although time consuming and hard to find time for because of work, I feel as though it was worth it because I learned a lot about cinematography and movies in general. Even though it was taking a huge chunk of time out of my days I found it really enjoyable. Even for just brainstorming it was fun and quick, we had so many ideas which I feel helped us a select really great ones from a whole pile of decent ones.
