May lab reflection
I chose fried rice for the lab reflection because the lab feel apart on use the rice at the end did not taste to great. I did enjoy the lab because we didn’t waste the rice from the california roll we used it as left overs. But i also didn’t enjoy the lab because it truly did not taste the best. No are project did not turn out the way we wanted. We cooked the rice to long so it was hard we added to much of one ingredient but it did look good we just weren’t to organized with the lab. We did work well as a group we worked well together if we didn’t understand what the recipe read we would help each other to figure it out. If I were to do the lab again i would probably chopped the vegetables a little smaller and not cooked the rice so long.
My favorite junk food is mango ice cream
It’s bright, smooth and tasty. I like mango ice cream because it tastes absolutely fantastic. It’s not to sweet just the right amount. It’s also addictive in my mind.
My food chose is not the healthiest because ice cream is very high in fat. Some ice cream has more than 16% of milk fat. Their is a wack load of sugar in ice cream. Ranging from 6 grams to 22 grams in one scoop of ice cream.
We had to make a pot of chilly as a group to serve to some judges. We had to chose what dish to do what ingredients we needed for the dish. we decided to do a chili con carne. which had many vegetables. it also had some ground beef. we cooked everything in one big pot nothing was cooked separately. we tasted the chili every few ingredients we thought it didn’t have a very strong flavor so we added a splash of hot sauce. which made it a lot better. i enjoyed this lab because it was free ranged we would pick are ingredients and what recipe we wanted to do. the project turned out better than i hoped it tasted great smelt good. So i couldn’t ask for anything better. Are group worked really good together we always had a task to do and no one got frustrated. if i were to do this lab again i would have probably not made so much we had a lot of left overs.
